Terms and conditions

The olive harvesters are manufactured by our company in our factory in at the Industrial area of Heraklion.

All the products appearing on our website are in stock and readily available from our factory.

The production is done with the most modern machinery and the constant quality control reassures the correct operation. The spare parts and the materials used to make them are characterized by top quality.

All of our products are in conformity with the standards,  following the directives of the European Union and carry the CE mark.

We provide a 2 year warranty for all mechanical parts. That will be replace in our premises. From the parts are excluded the parts that are subject to wear as: elastic semi-spheres, carbon brushes, cable, fuse, speed control, motor.

Orders that are received from Monday until Friday and before 11:00 am will be dispatched on the same day with the chosen shipping method.

The shipment cost and secure transport are paid by the buyer.

Returns are accepted 30 days after the receipt of the products. The products should be unused and the the original state and packaging. The cost of the return is paid by the buyer.

Prices are excluded of VAT unless otherwise indicated.
